The weekend!! May 30, 2005

whooot! what an eventful weekend! thursday evening we were out in Hatfield Square, which is basically where all the students from Tuks hangout…strangely though, it was pretty quiet…and then I realised that the poor things are in the middle of exams…ooohhh, i’m soooo glad i’m done with all that! anyways, Her Gunthers was fun…the beer was cheap, the conversation good and the girls pretty. what more do you need?
David organized it all, so shout outs for that. WJ, Ruan, Ric, Pierre, David’s cousin, David’s girlfriend and her friends…

Friday…quiet, broke and hungover…
Saturday…braai with Bennie and Chilene, just talking nonsense, having a beer and a lovely piece of red meat…then we watched DVD’s, Runaway Jury and How to loose a guy in 10 days….I’m a sucker for romantic comedies…yeah yeah…
Sunday…FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX !!!!!!!!!!!! and Kimi had a suspension failure….*sigh* but it was interesting….

Work / Job / Career May 24, 2005

by the way, while i’m on the topic of work, I’ve been working now for almost 5 months. yes, i’m still an infant at this but, i think i’m rather enjoying it alot. i can get so carried away with what i do, and just being so determined to solve every problem, and, *sigh*, i like it alot? do you?

phew! after getting up REALLY early, 5am to be exact, and driving 350km (from Newcastle to Pretoria) , i’m finally back in the city…its luveleee to be back
